Technical specification
1. The technique request about throughput
It can be made clear that the throughput of asphalt mixing plant is that under the standard conditions; It must fulfil the requirements as below simultaneously:
(1) Environment temperature: 20º C standard atmospheric pressure
(2) The average humidity of Cold aggregate <5%
(3) The temperature of the hot aggregate <160º C
(4) The mixture is of middle size, the density of stone material¡Ý 1600kg/m3
(5) The content of sand material in mixture <35%
(6) The product capability includes asphalt and dust material
(7) Circulatory time: 45s
Rated mixing capacity: 1000kg/batch
(8) The stone aggregate must accord with the proportion requirements of national technical specifications.

2. The requirements for fuel:
(1) Light oil: Diesel oil, heat calorific power is no small than 46055kJ/kg;
(2) The heavy oil model is determined according to imported burner;

3. The items that the customer equipped oneself
(1) The cable between the transformer and the control-room should be equipped by clients, supplier can provide the type and requirement of the cable that is for reference.
(2) The lube and grease for the equipment, the material used for foundation.
(3) Clients should prepare hot oil, and supplier give clients advise according to the requirement of temperature.
(4) The electric power system adopts single loop triphase four-wire to supply. If have any special request, clients should indicate in the contract.

1. Slideway and mixture Storage hopper
The cubage: 60m3, about 100T, Heat preservation by rock cotton, opening the door by air. Equipped with ladder and fence and platform.
The height of discharging material: 3.6m, the carriage driving width: 3.2m. The motor power: 52kw, rated cubage of flat-moving filler: 2.5t, Rated cubage of raising filler: 2.5t. The motor power of plane filler: 5.5kw

Electric control system (1) Control house The figure dimension 4*2.4*2.5m, Copy container structure, double-layer heat preservation, the walls, door and windows are made of colorized steel plate, Equipped with fission air conditioner and printer. It has pleasing shape, good seal as well as is easy to transport. (2) Electric control part Control cabinet is of box type, Germany SIMENS electricity parts, Japan OMONLON colorized touch screen and PLC controller, can realize automatism control, Semi-automatism control and manual control.
